Cancellation Policy

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service booked.

A $25 late fee will be charged if you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time.
